Booking & Hours
What sports can I play at Area 11?+
Area 11 offers indoor batting cages for cricket, baseball, softball and slo-pitch practice.
Is Area 11 open 24/7?+
Yes. Area 11 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bookings between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM must be reserved by 10:00 PM the previous day. Bookings made after the cutoff may require confirmation and could be cancelled.
What are peak and off-peak hours?+
Peak hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, plus all day Saturday and Sunday. Off-peak hours are Monday to Friday from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How much does it cost to book a cage?+
Pricing varies by sport and booking type. Current pricing is shown on the general booking page for each sport.
Can I make a single-person booking?+
No. Bookings must include at least two people. A second person is required when using a pitching or bowling machine to safely feed balls.
Machines & Equipment
Are pitching or bowling machines available?+
Yes. Cage 1 has one dual-purpose machine used for both cricket bowling and baseball pitching. Cage 2 has a slo-pitch machine. Cage 3 does not include a machine. Select the appropriate cage when booking.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?+
Cricket equipment must be brought with you or rented separately. Some basic baseball equipment, including bats and helmets, may be available, but availability is not guaranteed—bring your own or call ahead to confirm. Area 11 provides softballs and yellow dimpled machine balls. Regular baseballs are not provided for individual practice or non-machine use, so please bring your own baseballs.
Do all players need to complete the waiver?+
The person making the booking must confirm that every participant in the group has read and agreed to Area 11’s liability waiver before playing.
Teams, Packages & Coaching
Can teams and larger groups book a cage?+
Yes. The cages are suitable for group practice, teams, coaches and league sessions. Contact Area 11 directly for larger, recurring or private bookings.
Do you offer discounted booking packages?+
Yes. Area 11 offers discounted multi-session packages. Current package options and savings are available on the Bulk Deals page.
How long are booking packages valid?+
Booking packages are valid for six months from the purchase date.
Can package sessions be rescheduled?+
Yes. Package sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
Is cricket coaching available?+
Yes. Area 11 offers cricket coaching options for juniors and adults. Current programs and availability are listed on the Cricket Coaching page.

Is the facility climate-controlled?+
Yes. Area 11 is climate-controlled, with a comfortable indoor environment for year-round practice.
Is parking available?+
Yes. On-site parking is available. Area 11 is also close to the ION LRT and major bus routes.
