Area 11 Ambassador Program
The Area 11 Ambassador Program is for selected players, coaches, and community members who help promote Area 11 within the local softball community.
Each ambassador receives a unique ambassador code to share with their team and community. Their role is to increase awareness of Area 11, promote the facility through their network, and help drive bookings using their code.
Ambassador Tasks
To remain active in the program, each ambassador must complete the following:
- Publish at least 2 social posts, stories, or reposts featuring or mentioning Area 11
- Submit 1 Google review
- Share their ambassador code directly with players, teammates, coaches, or teams
Ambassador Rewards
Rewards are issued only after the required ambassador tasks have been completed and verified.
- 2 free cage hours
- Free Area 11 merch
- Promotion on Area 11 social channels
- An exclusive ambassador code to share with their team and community
Monthly Leaderboard Rewards
All completed bookings made using an ambassador’s code will be tracked each month. Ambassadors who complete their required tasks and generate the highest number of completed bookings will receive the following:
Bonus Performance Reward
Any ambassador who generates 5 or more completed bookings in a month will also receive:
- $200 Gift Card to a retailer of their choice
- Or a bat of similar value
Program Rules
- Only completed bookings count
- Cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings do not count
- Self-bookings do not count
- Rewards are issued only after required tasks are completed and verified
- Where multiple gift card rewards may apply, the higher-value gift card reward will be awarded
- Area 11 may remove ambassadors who are inactive or do not meet program requirements
